When you call Family Solutions Counseling Center, our receptionist, Emily, will answer your call. Emily is available Monday - Friday from 8:00 - 4:30. Calling during these times will ensure prompt and timely service. If she does not answer between 8:00 - 4:30, she is assisting someone else at that moment and you will be directed to our voicemail system.

Family Solutions Counseling Center is considered an in-network provider for the following: Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Coventry, United Health Care, United Behavioral Health, AETNA, AETNA E.A.P., Humana, Vantage, Tri-Care, Magellan, Value Options, and the State of Louisiana's Office of Group Benefits. Employee Assistance Programs (E.A.P.) benefits are typically available at no cost to you. Check with your employer or call our office to see if Family Solutions Counseling Center is a Provider. If your insurance carrier is not listed under in-network, out of network coverage is available in most cases.
